Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Possible Delays
THREADTRAIL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or high-volume shipping periods such as holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@threadtrail.site and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. THREADTRAIL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@threadtrail.site. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing or in transit.
