THREADTRAIL Return and Refund Policy
At THREADTRAIL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing parts will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at support@threadtrail.site with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as THREADTRAIL is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadtrail.site. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, please email support@threadtrail.site with your order number and the item you would like in return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
